How to contact support and in which situations it is worth doing so
Call back a little later. The coordinator may be on another call right now.
The Help Center may be overloaded with messages right now. Wait a little and you will surely get an answer. If you have an urgent question - call the coordinator.
You need to notify the Help Center or Coordinator 24 hours in advance via chat or phone that you will not be able to complete your order. Otherwise, you may be blocked.
Call the coordinator and stay where you are. We will contact the user and call you back. If the user does not appear within 30 minutes, you can leave the account without any penalties. But wait for a call back from the coordinator first.
Go to the Help tab and click on the Coordinator tab.
