How to talk to you customers and what not to say
You can start a chat with user 12 hours before the cleaning by pressing on the order on the Home screen and pressing button "Chat with user" at the bottom of the order info.
Be polite, unobtrusive, and remember that you are providing a service. If the user has special cleaning requirements, be sure to listen and take them into account. A satisfied customer will lead to more revenue for you.
Ask a user to add you to their favorite cleaners in the Cleanie app. Then the user will be able to order cleaning from you at any time
Disagree and ask the user to use the application. Tell the coordinator about this user. If you provide services bypassing the application, you will be blocked and you will lose access to all users. Also, in accordance with the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to file criminal charges against you under the Fraud Article.
Call the coordinator and describe the cause of the conflict in detail. So we can understand the situation and we will understand what caused the conflict. If you do not tell the coordinator your version, and we learn about the conflict from the user, you may be blocked until the reasons and details are clarified.
First, check the list of additional services in your order in the Cleanie Cleaner application. If this service is not ordered and is not included in the cleaning by default, then you have the right to calmly refuse. Ask user to order this service through the Cleanie app in the future.
