Interaction with cleaners
How to contact your cleaner, leave a review and other tips on interaction with cleaners.
You can start a chat with the cleaner 12 hours before the cleaning. From your Home page select the order and press button "Chat with the cleaner".
You can do it from your Order details as soon as your order is completed. Just press "Leave the review" button and you will be able to submit rating and review in a pop up.
First of all, you can contact your cleaner via "Chat with the cleaner" button in your Order details. That is the best way to find out where is your cleaner right now. If your cleaner does not reply – please contact Help Center. We will find out when cleaner will come and will get back to you with information.
We take users safety and well being very seriously at Cleanie. If you have a conflict with your cleaner, please contact Help Center as soon as possible. Describe the problem in full detail and we will investigate the issue instantly.
Don't do it. Such transactions can lead to fraud. Please contact us if that happened to you and we will deal with the cleaner.
