🧽 How does it work?
It is quick and easy. After you download the Cleanie app, just pick your city, choose your home size, add any additional services you want and you will see all availalble cleaners near you. Pick a cleaner that you like based on other customers reviews and book a slot. That's it.
🧼 Are cleaners checked?
All cleaners on the Cleanie platform are background checked, verified, and are rated by customers like you to ensure quality.
🧹 What cleaning supplies are used?
Cleaners do not bring their own cleaning supplies with them by default. They will do their best with everything that you have at your home. If you do not have any cleaning supplies at home, you can use «Buy cleaning supplies» service and cleaner will buy everything for you
🪠 Can I cancel my cleaning?
Yes, of course. You can cancel your cleaning 24 hours in advance without any fee. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, the first hour deposit will not be returned.
🧺 How do I pay?
To confirm your booking you will need to pay the deposit for the first hour in the Cleanie app. You can pay with credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The rest you pay directly to the cleaner with cash or money transfer after the job is done and you are happy.
🪣 Is it expensive?
Not at all. Final cost depends on your home size and additional services you need. Plus, don't forget to tip if you are happy with the result. It will make everyone smile more.
