Cleanie is an informational service. Customers use the app to select the services they need and choose a cleaner to book. Cleanie does not assign orders; users place them through the app.

Open the Cleanie Pro app and navigate to the main page. There, you'll see a list of your orders—both completed and upcoming. Each order will display the payment amount.

Set up a convenient schedule to avoid missing or being late for orders. The more active you are, the more orders you can receive. Provide excellent service and earn high ratings, so customers choose you based on reviews.

When you receive a new order in the app, you'll see the included services, the estimated time required, and the payment amount. You will receive this payment after the cleaning, either in cash or via card transfer, once the customer is satisfied with the results

You can complete one or two cleanings per day and earn up to 6,400 RSD daily

Standard cleaning without additional services includes: organizing and folding items, changing bed linens and making the bed, dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and dry and wet mopping floors. In the kitchen, it involves washing dishes, cleaning the stove, sink, and faucet, wiping countertops and backsplashes, and cleaning appliance fronts. In the bathroom, it includes cleaning all fixtures and surrounding tiles, and disinfecting the toilet and bidet. Additionally, it involves collecting and taking out the trash.

Additional services relate to cleaning and home care. For example: window cleaning, cleaning the stove or oven inside, ironing clothes, watering plants, and cleaning the litter box. A popular additional service is buying cleaning supplies, in case the customer doesn't have the necessary household chemicals. When you arrive, the customer will give you cash to go to the nearest store and purchase what’s needed.

No, you will use the supplies and equipment provided by the customer. Bring anything you need for your own comfort, such as a change of clothes, shoes, or water.
