To confirm your booking you will need to pay the deposit for the first hour in the Cleanie app. The rest you pay directly to the cleaner with cash or money transfer after the job is done and you are happy.

You can see your Active and Completed Orders at the Home page. Press on the order to see more information.

Press on your Active order to see more information about it. At the bottom of the order details you will find Cancel button. You can cancel any order 24 hours before cleaning start time without any fee. If you cancel later – we will not refund First Hour Deposit.

You can do it from your order page. Press Pencil icon near your address to change details and add comments.
